Erica LeBow Ramos founded LeBow NY Back Office Operations after working in the apparel wholesale industry for 4 years. She worked directly for small designers and saw an immediate need for a company that provided back office solutions for small to mid-sized wholesale companies in the fashion industry. Smaller brands don’t always have a need or budget for a full time operations person, and Erica saw a niche service missing from the industry. A year later, LeBow NY was born, and since then, the company has had the pleasure of bringing on new and exciting brands and helping them with all their back office needs, taking this off their hands so they can concentrate on building their brands and growing in this tough market. In 2020 LeBow NY decided to expand into warehousing and distribution to close the circle and manage the full logistics for brands.
